Nancy Reyes-Lumen (Sigma Delta Phi 1972) graduated from UP in 1974 with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. As a member Reyes family of Aristocrat fame, Nancy was trained hands-on by the family Matriarch, Aling Asiang, on the basics of classic Filipino cooking, Reyes-style – practical and “nam-nam”!
Editor-in-chief of COOK Magazine and co-author of The Adobo Book, Nancy is currently working on several projects including a new cookbook (The Practical Cook’s Book), restaurant consulting, food styling and recipe development, and daily radio spots (Crossover Bites) on 105.1 FM.
